Fire Station No. 36 and Fire Headquarters

Kettering, OH

City of Kettering

Station No. 36 will be a 28,858 SF facility with four drive-through apparatus bays and planned accommodations for up to nine career and part-time firefighting and EMS personnel.

The new structure will also house the City’s Fire Headquarters Offices and an Emergency Operations Center. This will include a 50 person capacity multi-purpose room for fire training and community use.

A second story training mezzanine is designed to support indoor training exercises for the crews. It will support stairway and hose evolutions, ladder training and rappelling.

The overall building design and style complements its surroundings and portrays a unified appearance with all planned fire station replacement facilities including Station 32 and future Station 34.
