The main Building serves as a central resource center with food services, meeting rooms, library and administration spaces. The design includes a façade renovation, yet to be built.

Completed maintenance projects include a roof replacement, replaced sump pumps to address a water intrusion issue, upgraded electrical service, installed a new emergency generator and also a new elevator to address access issues.

Comments

The school primarily serves “at risk” high school age students in the Dayton/ Montgomery County area. The school is planned for a total capacity of 360 students.

The front portion of the facility is a 76,000 SF, two-story school (education/assembly occupancy) for academic instruction.

The rear portion of the facility is a high bay factory for fabrication of panels for residential construction (manufactured in the factory and assembled on-site by student construction crews).
