Comments

Situated on a 17 acre site, this hospital is easily visible and accessible from the major thoroughfare and fits in well with it's surrounding environment.

As a result of an effective and interactive design process between architect and owner, a very efficient floor plan configuration was developed resulting in only a 17% total building net to gross factor. Average net to gross factors normally range from 22% to 25%. The benefit to the hospital was more usable space relative to the project budget.

A clearly defined separation of public and private circulation paths aids in the efficient flow of staff and visitors. Clean and soiled material pathways are also thoughtfully separated in the building design.

The central atrium space is designed as the circulation "hub" which results in intuitive wayfinding throughout the facility.

Timeless, maintenance-free and cost-effective materials were selected for both the building exterior and interior finishes.

Comprehensive interior design services were provided including furnishings, window treatments, interior and exterior signage, and artwork.
